About HugoMark

The HugoMark Group is a private entity, first formed in 1989 as an equal partnership of three Dellandrea brothers – Mark, Tom and Matthew and named The MTM Group.  In 2001, Mark began buying the positions of the other two brothers, a process completed during 2004.  The HugoMark Group is now controlled by Mark Dellandrea and family.  During 2005, the company was renamed The HugoMark Group.

Directors

The Board of Directors comprises two individuals, as follows:

Mark Dellandrea, President:

Mark is a founder and President of HugoMark.  He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the company, reviewing all project activities, managing relationships with the key company customers and managing and coaching staff.  Mark has been at HugoMark since its inception in 1989.  Prior to HugoMark, he held sales, quality and engineering technical representative positions with Sika Canada and Tremco Canada, both involved in supplying chemical and coatings products to the civil construction industry.  He has also worked briefly for a civil engineering firm after graduating as a Civil Engineering Technician from Canadore College in North Bay in 1983.

G. Ross Clark, Director:

Ross is responsible for HugoMark’s corporate finance, accounting and taxation activities.  Ross brings over 25 years of financial and general management expertise to the HugoMark team and maintains a strong focus on the strategic direction of the company.  He has acted as Chief Financial Officer to both public and private companies and held a management position at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a public accounting firm.  Ross holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Chartered Accountant designation for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and a Masters in Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary.
